Yes! We are still open 24/7. The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. We’re monitoring the situation very closely and have ensured that our external fulfilment partners are taking necessary safety precautions such a social distancing and Personal Protective Equipment.
When can I expect to receive my Cahaya package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Cahaya package can reach you as quickly as possible. All our shipping is currently being done through our warehouse in the United Kingdom.See below for the most up-to-date information:

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days, we are not offering rush shipping at this timeUnited States: Standard: 7 - 10 business days, we are not offering rush shipping at this time.
Canada: Standard: 8-13 business days, we are not offering rush shipping at this time.
Ireland, France, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium: 4- 8 business days, we are not offering rush shipping at this time.Please note, the above estimates include processing and shipping time. After you’ve placed an order, please allow 7-12 business days to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Will I be charged VAT & Duties?
Orders will be charged VAT and our friends in international locations may be charged duties in addition.
Do you ship to UK PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately we don’t.
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. We are only offering standard processing and this will take 1 to 2 business days.
Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email contact@luxstore.net
How can I change the country I am shopping in?
To change the currency, you’re shopping in (and country you’re shipping to), just click the little circle on the upper right corner of your screen and select the correct country. Right now, we only ship to the countries listed here (but more are coming soon).
Can the delivery country be different from the billing country?
Unfortunately, no. The country in the billing address must be the same as the delivery address in order for us to complete the order.
Returns
Do you process returns?
Unfortunately, no. Due to Covid-19, we are unable to accept returns of any goods. Should the goods be damaged however, please email us within 7 working days of receiving the goods, with a photo of the damaged products and we will either offer you a full refund or send new products to you.
